ORDERS OF REFERENCE

4th February, 1975:—Ordered, That the Law Reform Commission Bill, 1975 be referred to a Special Committee consisting of eleven Members to be nominated by the Committee of Selection;

That the quorum of the Committee be six; and

That the first meeting of the Committee be held on 12th February, 1975 [Attorney General].

11th February, 1975:—Committee accordingly nominated consisting of Deputies David Andrews, Seán Brosnan, Gerard Collins, Declan Costello (Attorney General), Barry Desmond, Vivion de Valera, Henry P. Dockrell, Thomas Enright, John Esmonde, Desmond O’Malley and Séamus Pattison.
