2nd May, 1973:—Ordered: That in pursuance of Standing Order No. 74 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business the Committee on Procedure and Privileges be appointed [Parliamentary Secretary to the Taoiseach].


10th May, 1973:—Members appointed to serve on the Committee:—Deputies Andrews, Carter, Crowley, Barry Desmond, Henry P. Dockrell, Dowling, Esmonde, Gene Fitzgerald, Harte, Kelly (Parliamentary Secretary to the Taoiseach), L’Estrange, Fergus O’Brien, John O’Leary, O’Malley, John J. Ryan, Timmins and Wyse.


1st November, 1973:—Deputy Dowling discharged and Deputy Lalor appointed in substitution for him.


26th November, 1975:—Ordered: That the Report dated the 31st July, 1975, of the Tribunal appointed on the 4th July, 1975, pursuant to Resolution passed on the 3rd July, 1975, by Dáil Éireann and on the 4th July, 1975, by Seanad Éireann, be referred for consideration to the Committee on Procedure and Privileges and for report thereon to the House [Taoiseach].
