Bhí na comhaltaí seo a leanas i láthair:—

An Teachta de Valera (i gCeannas), na Teachtaí A. Mac Giobúin, Ó Gríofa, Mac Searraigh agus Stondún.

3. Rinne an Coiste breithniú.

4. TuarascáIL an Choiste (atógáil).

Athchromadh ar bhreithniú an Dréacht-Tuarascála.

(i) Mír 11 (atógáil).

Tairgeadh leasú (Na Teachtaí Stondún agus A. Mac Giobúin):

“After the amendment made on 21st February 1974 to add: ‘The Committee points out that its former observations were directed to the payment of grants from the Special Regional Development Fund for a type of activity which was clearly within the sphere of Bord Fáilte Éireann. The Committee wishes to emphasise that no criticism was implied of the Central Development Committee, the County Development Teams or the County Development Officers and, further, is of opinion that the retention of these institutions and their staffs is essential to the efficient use of the Special Regional Development Fund.’”
