SEANAD ÉIREANN.ORDERS OF REFERENCE.11th July, 1973:—Resolved: That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Leopardstown Park Hospital (Trust Deed Amendment) Bill, 1972, being a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Trusts of an Indenture of conveyance in Trust dated the 16th day of October, 1917, and made between Gertrude Frances Dunning of the one part and the Right Honourable John Hodge Sir Matthew Nathan and Joshua Albert Flynn of the other part whereby certain lands premises and hereditaments situate at Leopardstown, Carman Hall and Murphystown in the Half Barony of Rathdown and County of Dublin were conveyed upon trust to establish and maintain the Hospital known as the Leopardstown Park Hospital so as to remove restrictions on the class of persons eligible for treatment in the said Hospital, to extend the powers of the Trustees thereof and for other purposes relating thereto. 21st July, 1973:—Ordered: That a Select Committee be appointed to be joined with a Select Committee to be appointed by Dáil Éireann to consider the Leopardstown Park Hospital (Trust Deed Amendment) Bill, 1972. 14th November, 1973:— Senators nominated to serve on the Joint Committee:— Brendan Halligan, Eoin Ryan and James W. Sanfey. 14th November, 1973:—Chairman appointed to the Joint Committee:— Deputy Vivion de Valera. DÁIL ÉIREANN.ORDERS OF REFERENCE12th July, 1973: Resolved: That Dáil Éireann concurs with Seanad Éireann in its Resolution communicated to Dáil Éireann on the 11th day of July, 1973, that it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Leopardstown Park Hospital (Trust Deed Amendment) Bill, 1972. 27th July, 1973:—Ordered: That a Select Committee be appointed to be joined with a Select Committee appointed by Seanad Éireann to consider the Leopardstown Park Hospital (Trust Deed Amendment) Bill, 1972. 8th November, 1973:—Deputies nominated to serve on the Joint Committee:— Eileen Desmond, John G.
