1. The Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

Deputy E. Collins (in the Chair), Deputies Barrett, R. Burke, H. Gibbons, Governey, Nolan, MacSharry, Treacy and Tunney.

3. Consideration of Appropriation Accounts, 1969-70.

Consideration of Appropriation Accounts for the year 1969-70 was resumed. The following Accounts were disposed of:— Labour, Office of the Revenue Commissioners and Comptroller and Auditor General.

4. Witnesses Examined.

Mr. T. Ó Cearbhaill (Secretary, Department of Labour), Mr. J. C. Duignan (Chairman, Revenue Commissioners), Mr. S. Mac Gearailt (Secretary and Director of Audit) and the Comptroller and Auditor General were examined.

5. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 12.25 p.m.
