The following members were present:— Deputy Healy (in the Chair), The Minister for Finance, Deputies Edward Collins, FitzGerald, Fitzpatrick (Dublin Central), Kenneally, Noonan, O’Donovan, Michael Smith and Tully. 3. Consideration of Bill. The Committee resumed consideration of the Bill. (i) Section 34. Question again proposed:—“That the section stand part of the Bill.” Question put and agreed to. (ii) Sections 35 to 44 inclusive, agreed to. (iii) First Schedule. Amendment proposed (Deputy Fitz-Gerald): “In page 40, paragraph (xi), line 37, after ‘barristers’ to add ‘and patent agents’.” Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
