PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE

1. The Committee met at 4.30 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

Deputies R. Burke, FitzGerald, MacSharry and Tunney.

3. Mr. E. F. Suttle (Comptroller and Auditor General) was in attendance in an advisory capacity.

4. Election of Temporary Chairman.

Motion made (Deputy Tunney):

“That in the unavoidable absence of the Chairman, Deputy Burke do take the Chair until the Chairman is in attendance.”

Question put, and agreed to.

Deputy Burke took the Chair accordingly.

5. Consideration of the form of a draft Final Report was resumed.

6. The Chairman took the Chair.

7. Consideration of the form of a draft Final Report was resumed.

8. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 6.15 p.m. until 4.15 p.m. on Tuesday, 16 May, 1972.
