PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE

1. The Committee met at 4.15 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

Deputy Patrick Hogan (in the Chair), Deputies E. Collins, Dowling, FitzGerald, H. Gibbons, MacSharry, Nolan and Tunney.

3. Mr. E. F. Suttle (Comptroller and Auditor General) was in attendance in an advisory capacity.

4. The Committee approved a draft letter* to the solicitor for Mr. John Kelly.

5. Consideration of the form of a draft Final Report was resumed.

6. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 6 p.m. until 4.30 p.m. tomorrow.
