ORDERS OF REFERENCE

16th July, 1969:—Ordered: That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 127 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Committee of Public Accounts be appointed.


17 July 1969:—Committee accordingly nominated consisting of Deputies David Andrews, Peter Barry, Ben Briscoe, Edward Collins, Garret FitzGerald, Hugh Gibbons, Patrick Hogan, Justin Keating, Patrick J. Lenihan, Thomas Nolan, Seán Treacy and Jim Tunney.


4 February, 1970:—That the Appropriation Accounts, with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General for the year ended 31st March, 1969, be referred to the Committee for examination and report [Parliamentary Secretary to the Taoiseach].


19 May, 1970:—Deputy Sylvester Barrett appointed in place of Deputy Patrick J. Lenihan, deceased, and Deputy Ray MacSharry appointed in place of Deputy David Andrews, discharged.
