N.B.—An Foras Taluntais who took over the sheep flock in October, 1964, and who have since been engaged in the Park in research work in connection with mountain sheep continued their activities during the year. It is expected that An Foras will be transferring their operation from the Park and the settlement of accounts with them will then be taken up.

* The Superintendent is seconded from An Foras Taluntais who pay his salary and travelling expenses. Repayments to An Foras in April and May, 1966, included £1,863 12s. 11d. in respect of his salary for 1965-66 and £381 4s. 3d. in respect of his travelling expenses.
