Notes: The expenditure on medicines used in mental hospitals conducted by Joint Authorities has been allocated to the contributing health authorities on the basis of allocation of expenses generally. The figures for General Medical Services are inclusive of the cost of medical appliances for which separate accounts are not available but which is known to be relatively small.
