IMEACHTA AN CHOISTE.

THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

1. The Committee met at 3.30 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

Senator Sheldon (in the Chair), Senators Cole, McDonald, Malone, O’Kennedy and Eoin Ryan.

3. Consideration of Memoranda.

Following consideration of memoranda submitted by the Department of Health in accordance with the Order of 15th July, 1964 it was:—

(i) Resolved: That the special attention of Seanad Éireann be drawn to the following instrument on ground (iii) of the Resolution of Reference:—

Disabled Persons (Maintenance Allowances) Regulations, 1963 [S.I. No. 142 of 1963].

(ii) Resolved: That the special attention of Seanad Éireann be drawn to the following instrument on ground (vi) of the Resolution of Reference:—

Infectious Diseases (Maintenance) Regulations, 1963 [S.I. No. 200 of 1963].
