Proceedings of the Committee

1. The Committee met at 11.15 a.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

Deputies Briscoe, Patrick J. Burke, Flor Crowley, Healy, Patrick Hogan (South Tipperary), Jones, Kenny and Treacy.

3. Election of Chairman.

Motion made (Deputy Flor Crowley):

“That Deputy Jones be the Chairman of the Committee.”

Question put, and agreed to.

Deputy Jones took the Chair accordingly.

4. The Committee deliberated.

5. Witnesses Examined.

The Comptroller and Auditor General was examined.

6. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 11.45 a.m.
