ORDERS OF REFERENCE.

5th July, 1962:—Ordered: That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 123, the Committee of Public Accounts be appointed; that, notwithstanding anything contained in the said Standing Order, the Committee do consist of thirteen members, and that the members of the Committee be nominated by the Committee of Selection;


That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records;


That the Appropriation Accounts, with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General for the year ended 31st March, 1962, be referred to the Committee for examination and report [Parliamentary Secretary to the Taoiseach].


25th July, 1962:—Committee accordingly nominated consisting of Deputies Belton, Booth, Patrick J. Burke, Carter, Clinton, Cunningham, Desmond, Nicholas Egan, Jones, Lalor, Kenny, Sherwin and Treacy.


19th June, 1963:—Deputy Patrick Hogan (South Tipperary) appointed in place of Deputy Belton, deceased.
