ORDERS OF REFERENCE.14th November, 1962:—Ordered: That the Companies Bill, 1962, be referred to a Special Committee consisting of fifteen Members to be nominated by the Committee of Selection; That the quorum of the Committee be five; and That the first meeting of the Committee be held on the 12th December, 1962 [Minister for Industry and Commerce]. 21st November, 1962:—Committee accordingly nominated consisting of Deputies Lionel Booth, Patrick Byrne, Frank Carter, George Colley, Liam Cosgrave, Declan Costello, Vivion de Valera, Kieran P. Egan, James Gallagher, Jack Lynch (Minister for Industry and Commerce), William Norton, Thomas G. O’Donnell, Seamus Pattison, Frank Sherwin and Gerard Sweetman. 13th February, 1963:—Ordered: That the Minister for Industry and Commerce may, if he is unable to be present at any meeting of the Special Committee on the Companies Bill, 1962, nominate another member of the Government or a Parliamentary Secretary to act in his stead at such meeting [Parliamentary Secretary to the Taoiseach]. |
