ORDERS OF REFERENCE.

6th February, 1963:—Resolved: That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Limerick Harbour (Bridge) Bill, 1963, being a Bill entitled an Act to limit the duties and liabilities of the Limerick Harbour Commissioners in relation to an existing bridge over the River Shannon and to provide for compensation in certain circumstances.

13th February, 1963:—Ordered: That a Select Committee be appointed to be joined with a Select Committee to be appointed by Dáil Éireann to consider the Limerick Harbour (Bridge) Bill, 1963.

6th March, 1963:—Senators nominated to serve on the Joint Committee:— Thomas J. Fitzpatrick, Eoin Ryan and William A. W. Sheldon.

6th March, 1963:—Chairman appointed to the Joint Committee:— Deputy Gerard Sweetman.

7th February, 1963:—Resolved: That Dáil Éireann concurs with Seanad Éireann in its Resolution communicated to Dáil Éireann on the 6th day of February, 1963, that it is exped ent that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Limerick Harbour (Bridge) Bill, 1963.

14th February, 1963:—Ordered: That a Select Committee be appointed to be joined with a Select Committee appointed by Seanad Éireann to consider the Limerick Harbour (Bridge) Bill, 1963.

7th March, 1963:—Deputies nominated to serve on the Joint Committee:— George Colley, John McQuillan and Seán Treacy.
