The following members were present:— Senators Desmond, Ryan and Sheldon. 3. Election of Temporary Chairman. Motion made (Senator Ryan): “That Senator Sheldon be the temporary Chairman of the Committee.” Question put, and agreed to. Senator Sheldon took the Chair accordingly. 4. Consideration of Memoranda.
