That the quorum of the Committee be six; and

That the first meeting of the Committee be held on 24th May, 1961 [Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Justice].

18 th May, 1961:—Committee accordingly nominated consisting of the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Justice, Deputies Booth, Briscoe, Seán Browne, John A. Costello, Donegan, Seán Flanagan, Gibbons, Larkin, Noel T. Lemass, Lindsay, McGilligan, Maher, Michael P. Murphy, O’Donnell, Thomas F. O’Higgins and Wycherley.
