ORDERS OF REFERENCE.

7th July, 1959:—Ordered, That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 123, the Committee of Public Accounts be appointed, and that the members of the Committee be nominated by the Committee of Selection;

That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records;

That the Appropriation Accounts, with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General for the year ended 31st March, 1959, be referred to the Committee for examination and report [Parliamentary Secretary to the Taoiseach].

9th July, 1959:—Committee accordingly nominated consisting of Deputies Booth, Joseph Brennan, Seán Browne, Carty, Cunningham, Desmond, Dillon, Haughey, Jones, Thaddeus Lynch, Moloney and Sheldon.

29th October, 1959:—Deputies O’Toole and Cosgrave appointed in place of Deputies Joseph Brennan and Dillon, discharged.
