1. The Committee met at 3 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

Deputy Dillon (in the Chair), Deputies Booth, Carty, Haughey and Jones.

3. Consideration of Appropriation Accounts, 1955-56.

Consideration of Appropriation Accounts for the year 1955-56 was resumed. The following Account was again examined:—Gaeltacht Services.

4. Witnesses Examined.

Mr. T. O’Brien (Secretary, Department of Lands), Mr. A. Ó Baoighealláin (Director, Gaeltacht Services), Mr. D. J. Maher (Department of Finance) and the Comptroller and Auditor General were examined.

5. Adjournment.
