IMEACHTA AN CHOISTE SPEISIALTA.

PROCEEDINGS OF THE SPECIAL COMMITTEE.

1. The Committee met at 4 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

The Minister for Justice, Deputies G. Boland, Booth, Carroll, Gibbons, Haughey, Jones, Kyne, Larkin, MacCarthy, McGilligan and T. F. O’Higgins.

3. Election of Chairman.

Deputy Haughey moved:

“That Deputy McGilligan be Chairman of the Committee.”

Question put, and agreed to.

Deputy McGilligan took the Chair accordingly.

4. Notice of Amendments.

Ordered: That notice of proposed amendments to the Bill be given not later than Wednesday, 26th November, 1958.

5. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 4.15 p.m. until 4.15 p.m. on Wednesday, 3rd December, 1958.
