ORDERS OF REFERENCE.

1st May, 1957:—Ordered, That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 123, the Committee of Public Accounts be appointed, and that the members of the Committee be nominated by the Committee of Selection;

That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records;

That the Appropriation Accounts, with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General for the year ended 31st March, 1955, and the Minutes of Evidence taken before the Committee of Public Accounts on the said Report, be referred to the Committee for examination and report [Parliamentary Secretary to the Taoiseach].

2nd May, 1957:—Committee accordingly nominated consisting of Deputies Booth, J. Brennan, Carty, Cunningham, Dillon, Donegan, S. Flanagan, Haughey, Jones, Larkin, T. Lynch and Sheldon.

18th June, 1957:—Ordered, That the Appropriation Accounts, with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor-General for the year ended 31st March, 1956, be referred for examination and report to the Committee of Public Accounts constituted pursuant to the Order of the Dáil of 1st May, 1957 [Parliamentary Secretary to the Taoiseach].
