ORDERS OF REFERENCE.

26th March, 1958:—Resolved: That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Convalescent Home Stillorgan (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1958, being a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Charter under which the Convalescent Home, Stillorgan, is incorporated, to extend the objects of the Institution, to authorise the Governors to apply Capital funds of the Institution for certain purposes and to amend the provisions of the Charter relating to the admission of patients to the Home.

16th April, 1958:—Ordered: That a Select Committee be appointed to be joined with a Select Committee to be appointed by Dáil Éireann to consider the Convalescent Home Stillorgan (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1958.

21st May, 1958:—Senators nominated to serve on the Joint Committee:—John B. O’Quigley, Eoin Ryan and William B. Stanford.

21st May, 1958:—Chairman appointed to the Joint Committee:—Deputy Gerard Sweetman.

27th March, 1958:—Resolved: That Dáil Éireann concurs with Seanad Éireann in its Resolution communicated to Dáil Éireann on the 26th day of March, 1958, that it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Convalescent Home Stillorgan (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1958.
