ORDERS OF REFERENCE.

16th July, 1958:—Ordered, That the Law Reform (Personal Injuries) Bill, 1957, be referred to a Special Committee consisting of seventeen Members to be nominated by the Committee of Selection; that the quorum of the Committee be six; and that the first meeting of the Committee be held on 5th November [Deputy Kyne].

30th October, 1958:—Committee accordingly nominated consisting of Minister for Justice, Deputies G. Boland, Booth, Carroll, D. Costello, V. de Valera, N. Egan, S. Flanagan, Gibbons, Haughey, Jones, Kyne, Larkin, T. Lynch, Mac-Carthy, McGilligan and T. F. O’Higgins.
