16th January, 1957:—That the Statute of Limitations Bill, 1954, be referred to a Special Committee consisting of nine Senators to be nominated by the Committee of Selection and that the quorum be three.

16th January, 1957:—Committee accordingly nominated consisting of Senators Arthur Cox, J. Crosbie, John H. Douglas, James J. McCrea, Liam Ó Buachalla, Éamon Ó Ciosáin, T. J. O’Connell, William B. Stanford and Louis Walsh.
