ORDERS OF REFERENCE.

5th July, 1955:—Ordered, That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 123, the Committee of Public Accounts be appointed, and that the members of the Committee be nominated by the Committee of Selection;

That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records;

That the Appropriation Accounts, with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General for the year ended 31st March, 1954, be referred to the Committee for examination and report [Parliamentary Secretary to the Taoiseach].

7th July, 1955:—Committee accordingly nominated consisting of Deputies A. Barry, Bartley, J. Brennan, Carter, Mrs. Crowley, Desmond, H. P. Dockrell, T. Lynch, Moher, M. P. Murphy, O’Hara and Sheldon.
