Following examination of Mr. Brendan Kiernan, B.L., the representative deputed by the Department of Local Government to appear before the Committee as a witness, consequent on the Order of 10th March, 1955, it was— (i) Resolved: That the special attention of Seanad Éireann be drawn to the following instrument on ground (iii) of the Order of Reference:— Housing (Grants to Housing Authorities) Regulations, 1954 [S.I.
