THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

1. The Committee met at 11.30 a.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:

Senators Douglas, Fearon, McGuire, O’Brien, Sheehy-Skeffington and Walsh.

3. Election of Chairman.

Senator McGuire moved:—

“That Senator O’Brien be Chairman of the Committee.”

Question put, and agreed to.

Senator O’Brien took the Chair accordingly.

4. The Committee deliberated.

5. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 11.45 a.m.
