ORDERS OF REFERENCE.

2nd December, 1954: Ordered, That the Order of the Dáil of 10th November, 1954, that the Factories Bill, 1954, be considered in Committee of the whole Dáil be discharged;

That the Factories Bill, 1954, be referred to a Special Committee consisting of seventeen Members to be nominated by the Committee of Selection;

That the quorum of the Committee be six; and

That the first meeting of the Committee be held not earlier than 16th December, 1954 [Minister for Industry and Commerce].

15th December, 1954:—Committee accordingly nominated consisting of Minister for Industry and Commerce, Deputies Belton, Blaney, Carew, Childers, M. E. Dockrell, Donegan, Geoghegan, Hilliard, Kyne, J. Larkin, Lemass, Mrs. Lynch, T. Lynch, McGrath, O’Hara and O’Malley.
