ORDERS OF REFERENCE.

That the Seanad Electoral (Panel Members) Bill, 1952, be referred to a Select Committee consisting of eleven members to be nominated by the Committee of Selection; that the quorum of the Committee be four; and that the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records (Senator Hearne).
