IMEACHTA AN CHOISTE SPEISIALTA.

PROCEEDINGS OF THE SPECIAL COMMITTEE.

1. The Committee met at 2.30 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

Deputies Allen, Beegan, Blaney, Patrick Browne, Davern, Halliden, Moylan, O’Donnell, Martin O’Sullivan, Sweetman and Thomas Walsh.

3. Election of Chairman.

Deputy Sweetman moved:

“That Deputy O’Donnell be Chairman of the Committee.”

Question put, and agreed to.

Deputy O’Donnell took the Chair accordingly.

4. Report of Debates.

Ordered: That the debates of the Committee be not officially reported.

5. Notice of Amendments.

Ordered: That notice of proposed amendments to the Bill be given not later than Wednesday, 17th January, 1951.

6. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 2.50 p.m. until 2.30 p.m. on Thursday, 25th January, 1951.
