ORDERS OF REFERENCE.11th July, 1950:—Ordered, That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 112, the Committee of Public Accounts be appointed; that notwithstanding anything contained in the said Standing Order, the Committee consist of fourteen members, and the quorum be five; and that the members of the Committee be nominated by the Committee of Selection; That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records; That the Appropriation Accounts, with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor-General for the year ended 31st March, 1949, be referred to the Committee for examination and report. 18th July, 1950:—Committee accordingly nominated, consisting of Deputies Briscoe, Coburn, J. J. Collins. S. Collins, Commons, Mrs. Crowley, Davern, Derrig, Fitzpatrick, Gilbride, Kitt, M. O’Sullivan, Pattison and Sheldon. 28th June, 1951:—Ordered, That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 123, the Committee of Public Accounts be appointed; that notwithstanding anything contained in the said Standing Order, the Committee consist of sixteen members, and the quorum be six; and that the members of the Committee be nominated by the Committee of Selection; That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records; That the Appropriation Accounts, with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor-General for the year ended 31st March, 1949, and the Minutes of Evidence taken before the Committee of Public Accounts on the said Report, be referred to the Committee for examination and report. 28th June, 1951:—Committee accordingly nominated, consisting of Deputies P. Brady, J. J. Collins, S. Collins, Cowan, Mrs. Crowley, Davern, Davin, M. E. Dockrell, Finan, Gallagher, Gilbride, Hickey, McGrath, D. O’Sullivan, Palmer and Sheldon. |
