All the expenditure was charged to the appropriate subhead of the Vote for Agriculture. Of the total receipts sums amounting in the aggregate to £23,704 were credited as appropriations in aid of the Vote. The balance, £4,353, represents surpluses which became available for disposal on behalf of the occupiers of entered holdings.
