PROCEEDINGS OF THE SPECIAL COMMITTEE.

2. Present: Senator Fitzsimons (Chairman); Senators Hearne, Loughman, McCartan, McCrea, S. O’Farrell and Richards Orpen.

3. The Committee resumed consideration of the Bill.
