IMEACHTA AN CHOISTE.THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.Dé Céadaoin, 20ú Meán Fómhair, 1944.Wednesday, 20th September, 1944.1. The Committee met at 5 p.m. 2. Present: Deputies B. Brady, S. Brady, Breen, Briscoe, Cogan, Corry, Cosgrave, M. E. Dockrell, Loughman, O’Loghlen, M. O’Sullivan and Pattison. 3. Motion made (Deputy Dockrell):— “That Deputy Dillon be Chairman of the Committee.” Question put; the Committee divided For, 4; Against, 4. For:—Deputies Cogan, Cosgrave, Dockrell and O’Sullivan. Against:—Deputies Breen, Corry, O’Loughlin and Pattison. The Question was declared negatived. 4. Motion made (Deputy Pattison):— “That Deputy McEoin be Chairman of the Committee.” Debate ensued. Ordered: That the debate be adjourned until 5 p.m. to-morrow. 5. The Committee adjourned accordingly at 5.45 p.m. until 5 o’clock to-morrow. |
