ORDERS OF REFERENCE.

7 April, 1943:—Ordered, That in pursuance of Standing Order 109 the Committee of Public Accounts be appointed; and that the members of the Committee be nominated by the Committee of Selection;

Ordered, That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records;

Ordered, That the Appropriation Accounts, together with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor-General for the year ended 31st March, 1942, be referred to the Committee of Public Accounts for examination and report.

8 April, 1943:—Committee accordingly nominated consisting of Deputies Allen, Benson, B. Brady, Cormac Breathnach, Dillon, Fagan, Hogan, Hughes, Keyes, Loughman, McCann and McMenamin.

9 July, 1943:—Ordered, That, in pursuance of S.O. 112, the Committee of Public Accounts be appointed; and that the members of the Committee be nominated by the Committee of Selection;

Ordered, That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records;

Ordered, That the Appropriation Accounts, together with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor-General for the year ended 31st March, 1942, be referred to the Committee of Public Accounts for examination and report;

That the Minutes of Evidence taken before the former Committee of Public Accounts on the said Appropriation Accounts and Report be referred to the Committee of Public Accounts.

21 October, 1943:—Committee accordingly nominated consisting of Deputies Allen, Benson, B. Brady, Breathnach, Briscoe, Cogan, L. Cosgrave, Dillon, M. E. Dockrell, Harris, McCann and M. O’Sullivan.
