3. Do thairg Sean Mac Coistealbha:—

“That Deputy Hannigan be Chairman of the Committee.”

4. Do thairg Seán Mac Coistealbha:—

“That the Committee do not proceed with the consideration of the Bill in view of the undertaking by the Minister for Justice to move for leave to introduce another Bill instead thereof.”
