THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

1. The Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Present: Deputy Dillon (in the Chair), Deputies Allen, Benson, Brian Brady, Hogan, McCann, McMenamin and O’Rourke.

3. Motion made (Deputy O’Rourke):

“That the Chairman’s Draft Final Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.”

Question put and agreed to.

Paragraphs 1 to 15, inclusive, agreed to.

4. Motion made (Deputy Benson):

“That the Chairman’s Draft Final Report be the Final Report of the Committee.”

Question put and agreed to.

Ordered: That the Report be presented to the Dáil.

5. The Committee concluded its business at 11.45 a.m.
