ORDER OF REFERENCE.

3rd December, 1941:—That the Law of Torts (Miscellaneous Reforms) Bill, 1941, be referred to a Special Committee consisting of nine Deputies to be nominated by the Committee of Selection; that the first meeting of the Special Committee be held on Wednesday, 10th December; and that the quorum of the Committee be four (Deputy John A. Costello).

4th December, 1941:—Committee accordingly nominated, consisting of the Minister for Justice, Deputies Carty, Costello, Dillon, Hannigan, Kissane, McGilligan, Moran and Victory.
