Paragraphs 1 to 26, inclusive, agreed to.

4. Motion made (Deputy O’Loghlen):

“That the Chairman’s Draft Final Report be the Final Report of the Committee.”

Question put and agreed to.

Ordered: That the Report be presented to the Dáil.
