The £6,000 shown as realised was the total amount paid into the Exchequer. There was, however, on 31st March, 1938, a small residual sum payable to the Exchequer to be determined when the apportionment had been settled of the balance remaining in suspense in the Department of Justice Fines and Fees Fund to which all District Court Fines are lodged in the first instance.
