REPORT OF THE SELECT COMMITTEE ON THE ERASMUS SMITH SCHOOLS BILL, 1938.

1. The Select Committee was constituted as follows :—Deputies S. Moore (Chairman), J. J. Cole, T. Harris, T. Linehan, D. McMenamin, D. O’Rourke, and J. P. Pattison.

2. The Select Committee considered the Bill on Wednesday, 30th March, 1938.

3. The Select Committee report that they have examined the Preamble of the Bill and that the allegations therein contained have been proved to their satisfaction, that they have gone through the Bill and have made amendments thereunto.
