IMEACHTA AN CHOISTE.

THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

Déardaoin, 22 Abrán, 1937.

Thursday, 22 April, 1937.

1. The Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Present: Deputy Dillon (in the Chair), Deputies Beegan, T. Crowley, Doyle, Goulding, Harris, Haslett, Keyes, McMenamin, O Briain and Smith.

3. Motion made (Deputy McMenamin):—

“That the Committee adjourn until 1st July.”

Question put: The Committee divided: For, 3; Against, 5.

For—Deputies Dillon, Doyle and McMenamin.

Against—Deputies Beegan, T. Crowley, Goulding, Haslett and Smith.

The question was declared negatived accordingly.

4. Consideration of the Appropriation Accounts for the year 1935-36 was taken up. The following Accounts were disposed of:—Office of Public Works, Public Works and Buildings and Haulbowline Dockyard.

5. Mr. J. Connolly (Chairman of the Board of Public Works), Mr. T. S. C. Dagg (An Roinn Airgid) and the Comptroller and Auditor-General were examined.

6. The Committee adjourned at 1.15 p.m. till Wednesday next.
