ORDERS OF REFERENCE.

5 April, 1935:—Ordered: That in accordance with Standing Order No. 109 a Select Committee to be designated “The Committee of Public Accounts” be appointed; and that the members of the Committee be nominated by the Committee of Selection;


That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records [Parliamentary Secretary to the President.]


Ordered: That the Appropriation Accounts, together with the Report of the Comptroller and AuditorGeneral for the year ended 31st March, 1934, be referred to the Committee of Public Accounts for examination and report [Parliamentary Secretary to the President.]


8 May, 1935:—Committee accordingly nominated consisting of Deputies T. Crowley, Dillon, Sir O. G. Esmonde, Fitzgerald, Haslett, Keyes, Kissane, McMenamin, P. S. Murphy, O Briain, M. O’Reilly and Smith.
