ORDERS OF REFERENCE.

7th March, 1935.—Resolved: That it is expedient that a Joint Committee consisting of five members of the Dáil and five members of the Seanad with the Chairman of each House ex officio be set up to report as to the future management of the Oireachtas Restaurant [Deputy Breathnach].

Ordered: That a Message be sent to the Seanad acquainting them accordingly.

21st March, 1935.—Message from the Seanad: That the Seanad agrees that it is expedient that a Joint Committee consisting of five members of the Dáil and five members of the Seanad, with the Chairman of each House ex officio, be set up to report as to the future management of the Oireachtas Restaurant.

Ordered: That a Joint Committee consisting of five members of the Dáil and five members of the Seanad, with the Chairman of each House ex officio, be set up to report as to the future management of the Oireachtas Restaurant [Parliamentary Secretary to the President].

Ordered: That a Message be sent to the Seanad acquainting them accordingly.

Ordered: That the Committee of Selection nominate five Deputies to serve on the Joint Committee [Parliamentary Secretary to the President].

28th March, 1935.—Deputies appointed to serve on the Joint Committee:—Deputies Doyle, Kennedy, T. J. Murphy, Myles and Miss M. M. Pearse.

7th May, 1935.—Deputy Doyle discharged and Deputy Mulcahy appointed in his stead.

SEANAD EIREANN.

ORDERS OF REFERENCE.

20th March, 1935.—Message from the Dáil—

Dáil Eireann has passed the following Resolution:—That it is expedient that a Joint Committee consisting of five members of the Dáil and five members of the Seanad, with the Chairman of each House ex officio, be set up to report as to the future management of the Oireachtas Restaurant.

Resolved, That the Seanad agrees that it is expedient that a Joint Committee consisting of five members of the Dáil and five members of the Seanad, with the Chairman of each House, ex officio, be set up to report as to the future management of the Oireachtas Restaurant (Senator Fanning).

Ordered: That a Message be sent to the Dáil accordingly.

27th March, 1935.—Message from the Dáil.

Dáil Eireann has made the following Order:—
