2. Present:—Deputy Wolfe (in the Chair), Briscoe, Conlon, Cooney, Curran, Doyle, Kennedy, Little and the Minister for Justice.

3. The Committee resumed consideration of the Bill.

4. Ordered:—That amendments to the Bill be received up to Thursday, 24 November.

5. The Committee adjourned at 6.30 p.m. till 4 p.m. on Thursday, 1st December.
