IMEACHTA AN CHOISTE SPEISIALTA.

PROCEEDINGS OF THE SPECIAL COMMITTEE.

Dé Céadaoin, 2 Mí na Samhna, 1932.

Wednesday, 2 November, 1932.

1. The Committee met at 4 p.m.

2. Present:—Deputies Briscoe, Conlon, Cooney, Curran, Doyle, Kennedy, Little, MacDermot and the Minister for Justice.

3. Deputy Briscoe moved:—

“That Deputy Wolfe be Chairman of the Committee and that in his absence Deputy Little take the Chair.”

Question put and agreed to. Deputy Little took the Chair.

4. The Committee took the Bill into consideration.

5. The Committee adjourned at 6 p.m. until 11.30 a.m. on Friday next.
