IMEACHTA AN CHOISTE.PROCEEDING OF THE COMMITTEE.Dé Céadaoin, 2 Mí na Nodlag, 1931.Wednesday, 2 December, 1931.1. The Committee met at 4 p.m. 2. Present:—Deputy Brennan (in the Chair) Deputies Anthony, Corry, Corkery, P. S. Doyle, Flinn, O’Leary, S. T. O’Kelly and T. Sheehy (West Cork). 3. Deputy Anthony moved:— “That Deputy Brennan be Chairman of the Committee.” Question put, and agreed to. Deputy Brennan took the Chair accordingly. 4. The Committee took the Bill into consideration. (i) Sections 1 to 4 agreed to. (ii) Title agreed to. 5. Draft Report brought in by the Chairman (Deputy Brennan) read a first and second time, and passed as follows:— The Special Committee has gone through the Bill and has not made any amendment thereunto. The Bill is reported to the Dáil without amendment. Ordered: to report accordingly. 6. The Committee concluded its business at 4.30 p.m. |
