27 March, 1930:—That the Moneylenders Bill, 1929, be referred to a Select Committee consisting of eleven Deputies to be nominated by the Committee of Selection; that the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records: and that the quorum of the Committee be five. [Deputy Little.]

11 April, 1930:—Committee accordingly nominated, consisting of Deputies Briscoe, Conlon, Cooney, Davin, P. S. Doyle, Kennedy, Little, MacEoin, G. Wolfe, J. T. Wolfe and the Minister for Justice.
