SEANAD EIREANN.

ORDERS OF REFERENCE.

26th February, 1930:—Resolved, That it is desirable that a Conference be held between members of the Seanad and the Dáil upon amendment No. 6 made by the Seanad to the Game Preservation Bill, 1929, to which the Dáil has agreed with an amendment, viz., the deletion of sub-section (5) of the proposed new section, and upon which the Seanad had decided to insist in its original form:


That five Senators represent the Seanad at the proposed Conference.


19th March, 1930:—Ordered, That a Conference be held between members of the Seanad and the Dáil upon amendment No. 6 made by the Seanad to the Game Preservation Bill, 1929, to which the Dáil has agreed with an amendment, viz, the deletion of sub-section (5) of the proposed new section, and upon which the Seanad has decided to insist in its original form:


And that five Senators represent the Seanad at the said Conference.


Ordered, That the nomination of Senators to serve on the Conference be referred to the Committee of Selection.


10th April, 1930:—Senators nominated to represent the Seanad at the Conference:—S. L. Brown, K.C.; Michael Comyn, K.C.; James G. Douglas, P.J. Hooper and Thomas Johnson.

ORDERS OF REFERENCE.

13th March, 1930:—Resolved, That the Dáil concurs with the Seanad in its Resolution communicated to the Dáil on the 26th day of February, 1930, that it is desirable that a Conference be held between members of the Seanad and the Dáil upon amendment No. 6 made by the Seanad to the Game Preservation Bill, 1929, to which the Dáil has agreed with an amendment, viz., the deletion of sub-section (5) of the proposed new section, and upon which the Seanad has decided to insist in its original form.


20th March, 1930:—Ordered, That the Committee of Selection nominate five Deputies to represent the Dáil at the Conference with members representing the Seanad upon amendment No. 6 made by the Seanad to the Game Preservation Bill, 1929, to which the Dáil has agreed with an amendment, viz., the deletion of sub-section (5) of the proposed new section, and upon which the Seanad has decided to insist in its original form.


11th April, 1930:—Deputies nominated to represent the Dáil at the Conference:—Michael Brennan, Edward Doyle, Seán MacEntee, Dermot Gun O’Mahony and the Minister for Justice.
